While we strive to stock our shop with the best of everything, there simply isn't enough room!
If we don't have something in stock that you are interested in, and it is available, we will be happy to special order for you -- just ask us!
On most merchandise items, we can order 1 or more items for you. The only exceptions are for cigars and pipe tobaccos, as follows:
Cigars -- for special requests, full box orders only.
Tobaccos -- Special bulk tobacco requests can be ordered in 5-lb quantities only; tobacco tins can be special ordered in quantities from 5 to 12 units, depending upon the manufacturer.

or fax us with your order and we will be happy to ship it to you via UPS at our shipping cost. Shipments outside of Illinois will not be charged Illinois tobacco or retail sales taxes.
